What can I do if videos won't play?
1) Reload the Web Page
Refresh your screen by clicking "refresh/reload" in your web browser. Sometimes web pages do not load correctly - most often the result of a slow internet connection. Reloading the web page should ensure you have fully loaded the content.
2) Restart Your Computer
Often times new software is automatically installed but requires a restart of your computer. We tend to leave our phones/tablets/computers on all the time these days and sometimes, it's just needs to reset!
3) Use a Different Web Browser
Videos play best in Google, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. Even if you're using one of those web browsers, it's possible another one may work better. If you only have one, you can always try to download another. Most of them are free and don't require much time to install.
4) Clear Your "Cache"
Cache is basically a fancy technical term for storage. Web browsers save information about your activity (web browsing history, favorite pages, etc.) and sometimes a backlog of this storage can cause the browser to function incorrectly. In order to clear your cache, it depends on the web browser of course, you can go to the settings option and usually find it there.
We hope one of those things has solved your problem! Again, please feel to free to contact us if it hasn't and we will see what we can do to assist!
